Application for Band Participation

Please submit your band application by clicking the register button to the left no later than October 11th, 2019.

Each unit will provide its own transportation, consisting of vehicles to and from the parade staging area/ end of parade route and will check-in at the staging area prior to 11:30am on Sunday, October 27th, 2019.

Application Process and Acknowledgement

By submitting this application for participation, our organization hereby agrees to comply with all of the parade regulations described here (and as may be amended from time to time). We understand that the WHLC Parade Committee will review our application to determine if it is in accordance with parade standards and that the WHLC Parade Committee reserves the right to exclude or eject any persons or groups who violate these regulations, regardless of any previous agreements, arrangements, payments, or contracts.

Further, our organization acknowledges that we MUST receive written approval (via email) from the WHLC Parade Committee at least 7 days prior to the parade in order to participate.
