2026 Woburn Host Lions Installation of Officers

Celebrating our 75 years of service, the American Dream at America’s Pastime!

On Friday, June 12th, our next President and Directors will be installed as the 76th class of officers of the Woburn Host Lions Club. This year will be unique for a few reasons, and we hope you will be able to be a part of it!

Louie Barretto Jr. will preside over his last meeting of the club’s 75th year and present the Lion of the Year and Melven Jones awards as well as recap the many accomplishments and successes we have had over the last year. The 2026 Woburn Host Lions President will be Joseph Quintanilla, our first blind President. This year is also the 250th anniversary of our country’s independence. To commemorate these special milestones, the installation will take place at the Vineyard Vines Pavilion at Fenway Park!

The evening will begin at 5:00 pm with dinner, beer & wine, in the exclusive Vineyard Vines Pavilion, and conclude with a Red Sox Game vs. the Texas Rangers. This fun and inspiring evening will showcase the Lions' motto of “Together We Serve” and the things that make America great.
